Set your health goals, make a plan, break it down into daily tasks, and improve your health day by day by building healthy habits and lifestyles. First, take a look at your health and write down how you would like it to be. If your current health is what you want, that’s great! Keep doing what you are doing. If you want to improve your health, rewrite what you want in goal form to help you measure your progress. It is important to use notes to record the date and your current health situation, because it will be difficult to remember how you are now in a few months. Be specific with your goals, because you will get what you write and keep your focus. Write down what you want, because that’s what you will get, even if you don’t like it. Do not write something like “I do not want to be sick”, because in the end your attention will be on the disease and not on the health. The monthly goal seems a lot easier to reach, right? To make it even easier, divide the monthly goals into daily tasks, which will result in reaching your monthly goal. If you find it difficult to keep doing your homework every day because you don’t have the will power yet, push yourself to do it for at least two minutes. It is better to exercise for two minutes than to do nothing. If you can’t go jogging that day, at least go for a walk. Getting some exercise is better than doing nothing.
