Login to your hosting cPanel. Click Domains, located in the Domains section. Enter the domain in the New domain name section. Once the domain is entered, click on the Subdomain field and the document root (usually public_html/domain.com) will automatically fill in. Check “Create an FTP account associated with this addon domain” if you want to add an FTP. The FTP account would only have access to that specific Addon domain and nothing else. Click Add domain. Once this is done, you will also need to add the correct DNS records. You can do this later if you wish, but keep in mind that the addon domains will not connect or work until the DNS records are added. .
